Where we ship

We ship within the Netherlands. Do you live in another country? Send us an email at info@lilliespetshop.com or use our contact form, and we will let you know the options.

All amounts include VAT. For shipments outside the European Union, customs or the carrier may charge import duties, VAT and clearance fees. These costs are for you.

Shipping and delivery

We ship with PostNL or DHL. If you order on a working day before 12:00, we as a rule hand your order to the carrier the same day. Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days. This is an indication: delivery depends on the carrier. In any case, we deliver within the statutory period of 30 days.

Your parcel has been delivered as soon as the carrier has delivered it at your address, with your neighbours, at a place you agreed with the carrier, or at a pick-up point you chose. We use the carrier's track & trace data as proof of delivery.

Parcel not received or damaged?

Let us know via the contact form, with a photo in case of damage. We will look into it with the carrier. If your parcel was not delivered or arrived damaged, we will send you a new one.

Is your address correct?

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, the shipping costs of the second shipment are for you.
